"In the war of ideas, it is the people who get killed". Does the common man suffers from a group's ideology? Discuss and give your opinion.

It is an irrefutable fact that group ideology or opinion, in this contemporary world, has become an integral part and parcel of our society. Considering this, whether a common man suffers from a group’s ideology or not is a matter of discussion. However, this essay will examine both sides of the argument before deducing a reasonable conclusion.

There are numerous factors wherein the fact that group’s ideology negatively/adversely affects the common people. Firstly, marring/damaging the economy of the nation could be a significant factor to be considered. It is generally seen that in the war of ideas such as wars, the economy slows down, which compromises the basic needs of the common people resulting in their sufferings. For example, a recent article/survey in The Age revealed that 80% of the people agree that group’s ideology affects the commoners by slowing the economy. Additionally, common man faces the actual consequences could be another substantial factor behind this viewpoint.

Despite the above mentioned/aforementioned factors regarding the negative impact of group’s ideology for general people, there are some people who propose that it does not make common man suffer is even a crucial aspect. Long term benefits may be a noteworthy factor to be taken into account. It is commonly believed that sometimes the opposition to a particular ideology is not only better but also compulsory for the generations to come, such as the war of independence for certain countries.

In the end, indeed, group’s ideology does not affect the commoners may be true; however, as far as I am concerned, in most cases, it does have serious implications on the common people’s lives.

It is an irrefutable fact that computers, in this contemporary world, have become a crucial part and parcel of our society. Considering this, whether computers have made our lives easier and convenient or made it more complex and stressful is a matter of discussion. However, both sides of the argument will be examined before deducing a reasonable conclusion.
There is a variety of factors wherein the fact that computers have made our lives simpler and convenient could be supported. Initially, the effectiveness of tasks performed could be a substantial factor to be considered. It is generally believed that a computer could easily perform a task not only in much quicker but also in much effective manner comparatively. A recent survey, for example, has revealed that one computer is equivalent to 10 people when it comes to performing certain tasks. Besides, increased accuracy of the performed tasks may be another noteworthy factor to be considered.
Despite the factors discussed above/aforementioned factors regarding benefits of computers, they have also made our lives complex and stressful is even a crucial aspect. Physiological and psychological health impacts could be a significant factor. It is generally seen that the over-use of computers in our daily lives have made us lethargic and dependent, which has affected us negatively.
In conclusion, indeed, computers have adversely impacted our lives; however, as far as I am concerned, merits of owning a computer outweigh the demerits.

It is an irrefutable fact that tourism, in this contemporary society, has become an indispensable part and parcel of our society. Considering this, this essay will

There are numerous advantages of traveling to the underdeveloped countries for tourism purposes. First and foremost, budget holidays could be a substantial benefit to be considered. It is generally believed that planning holidays to these countries is, comparatively, not only a cheaper but also a convenient option. A recent article, for instance, revealed that holidays to Bali and Thailand are 10 times cheaper than a holiday to Europe. Besides, boosting the economy of the host nation could be another notable benefit to take into account.

Safety and security of the tourists could be a single most detrimental impact. It is generally seen that instability in the political scenarios in these countries leads to ineffective law and order systems, which may lead to unsafe conditions for the visiting foreigners.

It is an irrefutable fact that communication, in this contemporary world, has become an integral part and parcel of our daily lives. Considering this, this essay will ascertain the pros and cons associated with the impact of communication changes that have occurred in the last decade.

There are numerous advantages of the significant changes that have taken place in the way we communicate. First and foremost, cost effectiveness and convenience could be substantial benefits to be considered. It is generally seen that today’s communication modes are quite cheaper to access, which also make them quite easily accessible to everyone. Whattsap, facebook, emo etc. could be used as substantial examples to fortify this viewpoint. Besides, quick and faster communication may be another noteworthy benefit to take into account.

Despite the advantages discussed above/aforementioned advantages regarding the merits of the present communication system, there are disadvantages as well, which could not be neglected without a careful consideration. Physiological and psychological health issues could be the most detrimental impacts. It is commonly seen that with the revolution in communication these days, people have become more inactive physically, which has also impacted their intellectual abilities.

1. It is usually foolish to get married before completing your studies and getting established in a good job? Do you agree or disagree?

It is an irrefutable fact that getting married and having a family is very much a part and parcel of our culture and society. Considering this, there are certain analysts who hold an opinion that it would be foolish to marry before completing the studies and having settled in life. I staunchly agree with the rubric due to a notable reason.

There is a practical factor which affirms that having a family before a proper career in life is not a very wise decision. Financial viability could be a substantial factor. It is generally seen that because a person is undertaking studies, he/she is unable to have a consistent income in the absence of a proper job, which puts the financial viability in question. A recent article, for example, revealed that 80% of the people disagree with the proposal due to the financial burden.

In spite of the reason discussed above, there are some groups who consider that it is good to start a married life early on in the life. Developing the sense of responsibility may be the single most significant factor behind opponent’s viewpoint. It is generally believed that early marriage makes a person not only more mature but also wiser in handling the responsibilities in a better way. No doubt, it makes one more sensible early on could be true to the certain extent; however, it should also not to be forgotten that it is a lifelong commitment for a cause. If this is the case, would it be wise enough to support marriage at an early stage? My answer would be no.

In the end, indeed, getting married before having a successful career may be true, but as far as I am concerned the demerits of an early marriage outweigh the benefits of it.

Pros and cons of animal rights in our society.

It is an irrefutable fact that in this contemporary world, animals have become an imperative/indispensable part of the human life. Considering this, this essay will examine/ascertain the pros and cons associated with having animal rights in our society.

There are numerous advantages of endorsing the rights for the protection of animals. First and foremost, animal rights will assist in maintaining the balance of the ecosystem, which could be a substantial benefit to be considered. It is generally believed that not only the existence but also the wellbeing of the ecosystem relies on all the species in the ecosystem, which may be hindered in the absence of much-needed animal rights. For example, a recent article published in The Age revealed that the extinction of dinosaurs has affected the ecosystem adversely. In addition, protection of the endangered species could be another noteworthy benefit to be taken into account.

Despite the advantages discussed above regarding the implementation of animal protection rights in our society, there are disadvantages as well, which could not be ignored without a careful consideration. Impeding the medical research could be the single most detrimental impact. It is generally seen that most of the new drugs and medicines are tested on the animals before being used on the humans, which enables the medical researchers to confirm the effectiveness of these drugs. For example, species of monkeys and rats are used to test the safety of many drugs that are later on used to cure the diseases among the humans.

In the end, indeed, although the positive impacts of the animal rights are worth considering, the negative aspects of this trend also need careful addressing.

Sports and games create disturbance in students’ life because students cannot fully concentrate on their studies. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Irrefutably, sports and games play a pivotal role in a student’s life in addition to education and qualifications. Considering this, there are some analysts who insist that these extra-curricular activities create disturbance in students’ lives by impeding their academic progress. However, I staunchly disagree with the aforementioned rubric.

There is a practical factor which affirms the indispensable role of sports and games in the student life. Enhancing the overall physiological and psychological health could be a significant factor. It is generally seen that involving in physical activities assist the students in developing not only a sound physical but also mental health, which are interdependent for overall growth. For example, a recent article published in The Age revealed that more than 80% of the students participating in sports and games are better performers in life than their peers.

Despite the reason discussed above, there are some groups who consider that extra-curricular activities should be avoided during the student life in order to excel. Distraction is the single most significant factor behind opponent’s viewpoint. They generally believe that students' indulgence in these activities, while studying, proves to distract them, which may play a role of an impediment for their academic success. No doubt, distraction could be true up to a certain extent; however, it should also not to be forgotten that a healthy mind lives in a healthy body. If this is the case, would it be wise enough to discourage the participation of students in sports and games?  My answer would be no.

In the end, indeed, disturbance in academics due to overindulgence in the sports activities may be true to some extent, but I still believe that the merits of sports far outweigh the demerits.

In under developed countries, tourism has disadvantages and can be said the opposite as well.

It is an irrefutable fact that the enhancements in air travel have increased the frequency and affordability of visiting new places around the world. Considering this, this essay will ascertain the merits and demerits associated with the tourism in underdeveloped countries, like Nepal, Thailand, Malaysia etc.

There are numerous advantages of promoting tourism in the third world nations. Firstly, economic benefits for these countries could be a significant benefit to be considered. It is generally seen that the tourist base of these countries is mainly comprised of the people from developed countries, which not only brings the foreign currency but also contributes to the rise in employment opportunities for the educated and uneducated masses of these countries, alike. Reliance of Nepal’s 80 % of the economy on tourism industry could be taken as a fortifying example to substantiate the benefit. Moreover, comparatively low-budgeted tourism to these countries could be another indispensable benefit.

Despite the aforementioned advantages regarding the tourism in underdeveloped countries, there is a disadvantage too, which could not be neglected without a careful consideration. Safety and security of the tourists could a single most detrimental impact. It is generally perceived that the unstable and weaker governmental machinery of these countries is more likely to jeopardize the well-being of the visiting foreign tourists. For instance, recent attacks on foreigners by a group of extremists in Nepal lead to the death of 15 foreign tourists.

In the end, indeed, endorsing the tourism in underdeveloped countries has innumerable benefits for the country; however, the alarming negative impacts of the same should also be taken into consideration.

International travel and tourism makes people prejudiced rather than broad-minded. What are its causes and what measures can be taken to solve this problem?

It is an irrefutable fact that due to an urge to learn new cultures and visit new places, international tourism has increased considerably, which is, among other things, resulting in increased prejudice rather than broad mindedness. Considering this, this essay will ascertain the considerable factors which are playing their predominating role to increase the incidents of being prejudice before outlining appropriate measures to cope.

There are some factors involved in increasing the prejudice against the international tourists during their travel. Firstly, cultural and traditional sentiments could be a significant espousing factor to be considered. It is generally seen that the international tourists, inadvertently, end up hurting the cultural or traditional beliefs of not only certain communities but also some religions, which is not considered appropriate by the natives. Not removing the shoes while visiting the temples or not offering a tip to the waiters could be taken as fortifying examples. Moreover, intense bargaining by a certain community could another substantial cause for this biased behavior.

Despite the causes discussed above regarding the increased prejudice, there are quite a few readily solutions available which could be implemented to mitigate the impacts caused by the potential factors. Initially, awareness could be an effective tool. It can be defined as making ourselves familiar with the cultures and traditions of host countries before our travel by researching on the internet, so our naivety does not become a cause for the misunderstanding. For example, a recent article in The Age highlighted/revealed that the use of the popular news apps has increased by 60% in the past two years. Moreover, wastage of resources, like paper and ink, which is not an eco-friendly way, may be another noteworthy factor.

Some people believe laws change human behaviour. Do you agree with it?

Irrefutably, formation and implementation of laws are imperative for providing a congenial environment to the society. Considering this, there are certain analysts who hold the opinion that laws change the behaviour of the humans. However, I staunchly disagree with the aforementioned statement due to a notable reason.

There is a practical factor which affirms that enforcing laws does not play a great deal of role in changing human traits. Rising recidivism rate could be substantial factor. It is generally seen that even after completing the prison term for a crime or undergoing rehabilitation for certain addiction, people go back to the similar old practices. Many hard core criminals and quite a few celebrities could be taken as fortifying examples to substantiate my viewpoint.

Despite the reason discussed above, there are certain proponents who consider that adhering to laws in the society transforms the people. Fear of punishment may be single most significant factor behind opponents’ viewpoint. It may be defined as when one has to face the repercussions in the guise of penalty or imprisonment, people avoid breaking the laws. No doubt, change due to fear could be true to some extent; however, it should not be forgotten that many people have little or no regard for their social and moral responsibilities. If this is the case, would it be wise enough to generalize and say that law changes the behaviour of all the people? My answer would be no.

In the end, indeed, changing behaviour by following law transforms people to some extent, but I still believe that it is hard to change most people completely by making them adhere to laws.
